These four milling templates are recommended for fitting TE 541 3D FVZ hinges. 

Tectus recommends using a 30mm collar and 24mm router bit for your plunge router to achieve this mortise.

Set of 4 Includes:
  • Step 1, 2, 3, 4 Router Templates for Door and Frame*

*Includes (2) Step 3 templates. The mortise will be different for the frame and door for this step. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not carry the imperial templates for this hinge because proper imperial router bits and extensions are not readily available.
